Yes. Whether you're self-managing or working with a care manager, you can reach out to us for allied-health services.

Do you accept other types of referrals?

Yes, we accept referrals from private health funds and through the Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan, formerly known as the Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan.

I'm a home care provider or operate a retirement village. Can we collaborate?

Yes! If you're considering offering allied health services, we can support you through our partnership system without the cost of building and maintaining your own multidisciplinary team.
